What

DO
NOT use cheap
MICA
plates in our ozone generators.
MICA
is the cheapest and worst material to use in an ozone plate. It easily
breaks, flakes apart, burns, and shorts out the generator. Always stay
far away from any ozone generator using a MICA
ozone
plate.
Old style ozone
"plates", first designed in the 1800's, must be removed, scrubbed
clean, dried, and be meticulously reassembled, or they will not work correctly.
Even with all that work, their life span is notoriously short.
A 10,000 mg/hr
"old style plate" type unit would contain 30 different parts, in 10 separate
holders, that ALL must be kept in perfect alignment, or they will not work
correctly. They also only use a single power transformer.

How
does Ozone work?
Air-Zone
ozone
generators help eliminate odors
by attacking them at the source.
Combat mold and
mildew odors with high ozone shock treatments by attacking and destroying
the offending organisms.
These are the

Ozone generators
with lower ozone outputs not only take longer to get the job done, they

inside of the unit dust free so that the ozone output does not drop as

Duct Hose Adapter is available for routing the ozone to a pair standard
4 inch duct hoses.
The Duct Hose
Adapter can be mounted on to the front of the machine. The user can
then connect two standard 4 inch duct hoses on to the ozone air outlet.

can then be kept out of the room being treated. In this manner the machine
itself is not exposed to the ozone.
This can be useful
because sometimes a room can actually run out of oxygen if it has all been
turned into ozone already.
By connecting
the machine to a "clean air draw" more ozone can be produced than if it
were left in a room where all the oxygen has already been converted into
